There is a strip club in the front of the hotel. Not a place to bring your family! The hotel is very run down and needs repairs.

Front desk man was friendly and helpful. The room was very nice. Had no problems and the breakfast was adequate. I took the shuttle over and the man taking me over was a very friendly and cordial individual. So all in all my trip was better because of this hotel

When we first arrived, the front drive had caution tape. Once to our room, it had a weird smell and strong smoke stench. The carpet was stained and not thoroughly vacuumed. There was dust and hair on fixtures, bedding and towels. In the drains there were clumps of hair. We woke in the early morning hours to a potent smoke smell. When preparing to checkout a roach was crawling across the floor. Gross, gross, GROSS!!

DO NOT STAY- Especially with kids

Nightmare- DO not stay, especially if you have kids Hotel was located next to a strip club, Hotel smelled of marjiuana, and not very clean. The carpet was heavily stained. Our toilet did not work at first arrival. We wouldn’t walk barefoot in the room. The bathroom floor didn’t look like it had been mopped and the doors had rust stains on them. Also, drawings on the wall, towel rod broken and the blanket had a large hole in it. I felt so unsafe with my kids there but it was so late when we arrived they were sleeping and I barely slept to make it through the night. Clearly, the hotel is used for drugs/quick stays as well. It was an awful experience. I contacted the general manager several times including an email with no response. The front office staff was dismissive and kept telling me “the GM was busy and in a long meeting”. I had to contact hotels.com 5…FIVE times to get the GM to respond to us and it wasn’t directly to me. . Do not bring your family there and tricked by the photos you see online!

We stayed for 3 nights - quiet and near airport with breakfast included. They are still working to repair some damage from hurricane last fall. Rooms are also a bit outdated but comfortable

This was easily the worst hotel I have been to in recent years. The roof of the hotel entry had massive holes in it to greet you. It had tape to prevent people from being hurt. The room carpets had a lot of stains, bathtub was black, mattress had stains visible from under the bedding, the pull out couch was hideous, not fit for a human. Coffee machine was never clean. In which universe is this an 8.4 star properly?!?! The night supervisor was nice and attentive but this is the only positive. To top it all up- over $460 for one night?! This is robbery.

The Comfort Inn was a nice overnight stay with clean rooms and convenient to the airport. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The building was under going renovations due the last hurricane. All in all I would stay again when I’m town.

Hotel needs a thorough cleaning

Our stay at this hotel was disappointing. We had chosen this specific hotel because they offered a 24-hour shuttle to the airport (of which we called and confirmed before our stay). We arrived at the hotel and upon check-in we were informed that the shuttle did not run 24-hours a day and therefore, we had to call for a car service to the airport. The bed was comfortable, but the room was not clean. The carpet had black spots at the end of the bed, there was mold where the caulk around the tub/shower unit was and there was a pill on the floor next to the bed. From the elevator to the room, the hotel needs to be cleaned - if this is a Family-Owned hotel, the family should spend some time looking over the overall status of the hotel. The location is very close to the airport which is a plus for travelers.
