I thought this location was perfect. I would honestly rate it a little higher, but the hotel is a little older and with that being said the nights that I was there the first two had some really noisy neighbors and unfortunately, because the age of the rooms you can hear everything after they left. It was a perfect very peaceful, but You’re relying on quiet neighbors. Pool was great although you don’t need the pool because you have the beach right there it’s walking distance overall great stay I would say again fingers crossed for quiet neighbors.

I liked the location of the hotel; it is minutes from the beach on foot, and there are some excellent eating establishments in close proximity, as well as lots of places to shop. It is located on the trolley line, so after a day of jam-packed activities the trolley is a convenient option to get back to the hotel. The area around the hotel is clean and inviting. The hotel itself is an older facility, but it was clean & comfortable and provided the necessary amenities for resting and daily recouping after a full day. We were happy with the total experience.

Nice location!

This is a no-frills hotel that is within walking distance to all the action on Clearwater Beach. The beach itself has the best sand I've ever walked on. The staff is friendly and helpful with suggestions.
