Downtown Dunedin Marina

Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, and the staff was extremely professional. We had three people in a room with two queens. The room itself has very tight quarters by the fridge, closet and bathroom. There are very few places to hang wet towels, toiletry bags and other items not meant to be hung in the closet. There was a great deal of hurricane work being done on the first floor, which we were informed of prior to our stay. That really wasn't the issue. The garbage trucks at 5am- both Saturday and Sunday-to empty the dumpsters for the restaurant next door were beyond loud and really should be moved to an area that is not next to the rooms. The area (Downtown Dunedin) is very quaint and a convenient walk to all the shops, restaurants, and breweries. I would go back but insist on a room not near the restaurant.

Hurricane renovations, but greeting guests!

Although the room was comfortable, and the location was good for our purpose there, the hotel is still renovating and fixing just about everything since the hurricane damage back in the summer. So, pretty much building supplies everywhere, furniture boxes all over, elevator not working (although someone carried our bags upstairs) lots of things not working correctly or at all. The staff was nice, but you can tell they are frustrated too. It's very sad that it is taking a long time - not sure how many rooms are ready to use. Rooms on either side of us were "in remodeling" phase and we could hear some of that noise early. They had breakfast, but not tables or chairs for everyone. I is a great location, and I hope that they will come back strong!

Due to hurricanes this past fall, they are still under construction, we knew that ahead of time. We got a great price for dunedin with a beautiful room with breakfast. would stay again. The night time girl at front desk and morning breakfast gal are amazing

We had a wonderful stay here. Everything is excellent but the property is still recovering from two hurricanes. They were very upfront about hotel conditions which did not effect why we chose this hotel. I’m sure it will be beautiful again soon. If no pool or elevators does not effect your stay, I would highly recommend this hotel

The location here is perfect if you want to be able to walk to all the shops and restaurants on Main Steet downtown Dunedin. I understand that there was damage from the recent hurricanes which damages all the rooms on the first floor and they were making renovations but would have expected them to be further along at this point. My room on the second floor was seriously dated, broken shower curtain rod falling out of the wall. Old school TV, not a smart TV. Broken blinds that would not shut or open properly. And you would think after storms they could at least get the elevator working, but no, had to lug all of our stuff up a flight of stairs. We stayed for a long weekend on our way to south Florida. For what they charger per night and the condition of the rooms that were not damaged I would not stay here again.

Big room with big balcony on the marina

We liked the balcony and we enjoyed the brunch at Bon Appetit, which is right next store. Enjoyed listening to live music from Bon Alletit on our balcony. Really nice new breakfast area with a lot of options.

VERY friendly and helpful staff that checked me in and out. I missed the breakfast by 10 minutes, however, the dining room hostess insisted and made sure I had a complete breakfast before I left. Egg omelet, sausage, toast, juice and coffee was OUTSTANDING!

Despite the fact that the first floor was devastated by two hurricanes the property is lovely. The rooms were big and expansive and a nice balcony.

Beautiful views

They were recovering from Hurricane damage and renovating the lower level and a lot of the upper level rooms. The rooms were clean and the views were beautiful.

We knew the area had taken a hard hit from recent hurricanes and probably wouldn't have all amenities up and running yet. No suprises when told we couldn't use the pool yet. However, our room was large and very clean. The screened in balcony was lovely & unexpected.
