I liked that it was conveniently located near shopping and restaurants that were all within walking distance. I thought the pool area was nice. I did like Room Service not entering rooms and leaving clean linens and supplies in the wicker laundry baskets outside the room door. What I didn’t like was that it sounded like the people in the rooms next to mine were inside my room. I could hear conversations clearly and items dropped on floors in the next-door rooms. The sound-proofing between rooms was poor. One night I did wake up to a baby roach crawling on my arm. I never saw any other insects other than that one. It is Florida, so I am aware bugs are a common occurrence and didn’t make a complaint.
