Cool, eclectic hotel, clean comfortable bed and bathroom. Plus that you can use the sister hotel right next door, great pool area, bar, restaurant and spa. Free parking. Kevin at the front desk was wonderful!

This is a funky hotel that has confortable but tight rooms. You go next door to the Hollander Hotel for breakfast, tho you have to pay. The best part is that you can walk to the St Pete Pier from the hotel, and thus to other nearby locations. Parking at the hotel is also tight but we did find a space.

Room and bathroom were very small but very clean. Parking was tight but everything worked out. Sister hotel right next door has a great restaurant and bar. Food was very good. Also a coffe and muffin shop.

Convenient and friendly

Nice small hotel in walking distance to many wonderful attractions. Restaurant is in the hotel next door, great food and service there. My room was small but sufficient for my purposes. The only outlet I could find to plug in my phone was in the bathroom although there is a USB slot in the bedside lamp. They offer free bottled water in the lobby as well as coffee and tea in the morning. The location is wonderful, it was quiet and the TV and Internet both worked well.

what makes this property superb are its staff and the restaurant. What lowers the property rating is the parking. It is a real "1st-come-1st serve-hunger-game" every night to park. Yes, you can park in the alley, where randos walk around. This said, staff is always super welcoming and accommodating. The restaurant is really good. Their spanakopita is authentic, and don't get me started on their tiramisu, oh gheez! It's a must-have. Not too sweet, just perfect.

I appreciate that the lobby is always staffed and complementary bottled water is available. Plus, the complementary coffee and cookies in the morning is a nice touch. The property is pleasing to the eye and cleanliness is obvious. Bathroom space in our room is bit tight and the toilet seat popped off one of the hinges. We did not report this. A restaurant is available in the sister hotel next-door with excellent service.
