Recently Refurbished, Promising Place to Stay
Beautiful property, lovely location. Obviously it recently changed ownership, as there were no other guests, and there were no amenities offered yet beyond the basic bedroom. But it has a ton of promise, and if proper attention is paid to detail this could be one of Southern Ontario's outstanding quasi-boutique stays.

Our initial suite was completely littered with dead flies (at least 70), which was very bizarre. Luckily, the inn staff are so kind. They immediately remedied the situation and offered us another suite which was clean.

Lackluster Hotel
Less than mediocre stay. There isn’t always someone at reception desk. Cleanliness is an issue. Bathtub wasn’t cleaned and had a small amount of hair from previous guests in it. A/C was old, loud, and unreliable. Beds were comfortable. Shower ran out of hot water (well warm water) after only a few minutes and I was the first to shower. Reception area had a dirty tissue on the floor that was never swept up our whole stay. Would not stay again.
