Staff are so welcoming and pay attention to detail. We appreciated a card congratulating us on our 42nd wedding anniversary. Our room was very comfortable and we appreciated being on the ground floor. Food was excellent and the breakfast was outstanding. Excellent location for visiting attractions. Disappointed by the bathroom. It was vey cramped and had somewhat dated fittings. We dislike shower curtains although the one in the hotel was clean. Also surprised that tablets of soap were provided as we haven’t seen these in good quality hotels for some time.

Everything about the hotel and room was great. Very helpful smiling staff. Food was excellent and very reasonably priced. Only issue was that although we informed the hotel of a food intolerance prior to booking (and told it would be no problem) the only solution offered was to remove items with no substitution. However this should not detract from our experience overall - we would definitely book again.

Great find. The staff were very welcoming and friendly, without exception. The room was clean , bed comfortable and bathroom a good size considering we had the cozy room and were told it was small. It was plenty big enough for us, although the bed was a smallish double The restaurant served some delicious food and offered a variety of different dishes. Would definitely recommend

What a lovely hidden away gem of a hotel in such a quiet area of Guernsey. Upgraded room on arrival, spotlessly lean such a great outlook. Staff couldn’t have been more helpful and all service was with a smile. The team here is fantastic, nothing was too much trouble. Food was excellent both in terms of breakfast and evening meal which we sampled on our first night.

Fantastic Hotel!
Hotel was excellent. All staff were super friendly and extremely helpful. Our room was a poolside view and was spacious very clean with no issues whilst we stayed. We ate at the restaurant 2 out of the 3 days we stayed and the food was exceptional!!! Would highly recommend this hotel.

Lady that checked us in was so kind She managed to get a newspaper for my son and daughter in law from two days previous. My daughter in law had run the guernsey marathon and was featured in the guernsey press! We had a lovely meal in restaurant too Hotel was quiet ( which is so important) and very clean. Room had both a shower and bath which were fantastic. Thank you Can’t wait to come back!
