I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Royal Sonesta Chase Park Plaza in St. Louis, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. The hotel itself is stunning, with its elegant decor and luxurious amenities making it a true gem in the heart of the city What really set my stay apart, though, was the exceptional service provided by the staff. Brenda and Harold, in particular, were standout employees who made me feel welcome and valued throughout my visit. Their professionalism and friendliness were unparalleled, and they went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect Every member of the staff I encountered was equally impressive. They all displayed a high level of professionalism and a genuine friendliness that made me feel right at home. Whether it was the front desk, housekeeping, or the restaurant team, everyone was attentive and eager to assist in any way possible I highly recommend The Royal Sonesta Chase Park Plaza to anyone visiting St. Louis. With its beautiful setting and outstanding staff, it truly offers a top-notch hospitality experience. I can't wait to return for another visit!

Spacious room and comfortable bed with a large bathroom. Walkable location with plenty of shopping and dining outside the hotel but excellent bar and dining options in the hotel as well.
