Nice rooms, very loud hotel and area

The rooms were ok, but it was very loud, people fighting all night, the doors slamming were very loud and there is a trailer park right outside that was noisy as well. Staff was nice, room nice, the rest was not.

Not an 8/10 hotel

When we arrived there was a man in parking lot surrounded by police, saw him again at hotel that night as he went yelling down hallway. Many people standing outside entrance smoking each evening. Hotel smelled strongly of ammonia. Bed bug crawled across bed on day 3. Only good point was very pleasant man at front desk, who called, apologized and refunded 1 night after bed bug was caught and left at front desk.

We reserved 3 rooms and all were fine except one. The hot water was more like like warm and the coffee pot still had the previous persons pod in it and there were no condiments for my coffee
