All of the staff was so helpful and accomodating. Dee and Danny the doormen. Devon who checked me in. The older African American guy in the executive lounge was also very nice. My stay was just wonderful.

This hotel is beautiful, and historical since it used to be a train station, love that they kept the charm, check in and valet were the biggest issue, 30mins each, we stayed in clock tower suite it was huge, beautiful, only issue is only one window that was high up in the bedroom, so felt like being in a basement, made for great quiet sleep though. Staffing was all very friendly and location was nice with lots of food and activities around

I can’t get anyone to answer the phone at the front desk. And when I finally was able to hours later, she put me on hold, then hung up. I was calling to see how delivery orders worked. If she would have picked up and answered my question I would’ve known to be downstairs waiting on my food instead of never getting it!! And once I just walked down to ask about it, it was too late!! And she wasn’t very nice or acted like she even cared. So now it’s 1:19 am and we are trying to order food again. I’ll definitely be staying somewhere else next time.
