We stood for one night before having to catch a flight the next morning. My family and I were prepping for the night and ready to shower up before we had to be out by 3:30am the next morning. Went to turn the shower and it didn’t not work, droplets of water came out. We called the front desk immediately and the lady told me that she will follow up with me. She never did I had to call back 20 minutes later . She told me that she had to wait until her boss comes back because she didn’t know what to do. After about 10 minutes she finally calls back and said that they are going to give me a key for another room so I can go shower and once I was done to take the key back to them. It was so inconvenient having to lug my stuff from room to room just to simply take a shower then requesting for the key to be returned immediately after we were done showering was ridiculous. Why are these things not being checked before booking someone into that room. Unacceptable, horrible experience. I definitely won’t stay there again.
I don’t know if it’s a cultural thing, but the ladies working the front desk were not friendly at all. No smile, no greeting to anyone going or coming. They were just plain unwelcoming and did not appear to like their jobs or people in general. There was one male staff person during our stay who answered our call for towels and he was friendly. The first morning after check in, a male housekeeper knocked pretty early and we asked if he could come back a little later as we were not dressed. His reply through the door was “maybe”. Really?? Maybe?? How rude. And he didn’t come back. As for the room itself, it was fairly clean aside from a long hair in the shower that didn’t belong to me. That grossed me out but since I shower in flip flops, I got over it. The bed was firm but comfortable and the overall location of the property was good with easy access to the highway. I would not choose this property again because I don’t believe in spending my money where I do not feel welcomed, so it’s a pass for me. I don’t mind spending more to be treated better.
The shower was terrible! A clogged showerhead made it almost impossible to have a decent shower after a long day on the road. Other than that, the bed was comfy, and the apartment looked clean and okay.
I try to cancel or modify this reservation made throughout Expedia because I made with wrong dates and Expedia said it’s no possible, the property manager said it’s no possible. (This request was made 10 minutes after I submitted my booking), alll this result with lost my money! Perfect! But you lost a very valuable customer. Thanks for nothing.
