Probably won’t stay again

I reviewed already. It’s long in the tooth. I was informed I couldn’t leave my service animal in the room at anytime , there was no service, much like a ltd. Service hotel. Never ventured into the casino so couldn’t comment on food or casino quality. Bed was comfortable, pillows were so so. Room was spacious but stuck in the 80’s.

I like the propert staff was friendly and professional. My electric mirror didn't work, my bed mattress and pillows were uncomfortable after sleeping in that bed 4 nights my lower back hurts. Overall it was good and safe stay.

I really don’t understand why the beautiful main entrance to this hotel is still closed since Covid. You have to park in the parking garage, go check in and get a luggage cart, then back to the parking garage to get your luggage! If the main entrance was open it’s just a few steps to check in…

Food was good. Very nice room. Very very nice view. But... nobody seemed to be around to explain the games or issue a card, so didn't play. Bad? Maybe. Maybe not. Seemed like there were a lot of glum faces on their way out when we came in, or seriously concerned looks as they played the slots or table games. And while we were having a very good dinner at Asia, a couple at a nearby table was discussing whether they might recoup their losses, apparently serious (?) if they only played for another hour or so. Further, Roulette is one of my favorite games, so I watched the wheel for 3 or 4 spins. Green seemed to have been coming up a lot. After the croupier put the marker on 2 when the ball had slotted 1, he started clearing the board before I interjected a why? None of my business, perhaps, and there was probably an easy fix as only one chip was on 1 (and no chips on 2) but it did discourage me from joining in on the fun. The next spin it looked like he touched the ball to the base of the wheel before the roll. Came up 0. Again. Simple mistake or a crooked casino? Button for green or purely a coincidence? Misplaced marker intentional or not? Not too concerned when caught. Many or even most of the other staff were a bit surly, too. Want me to come back? After this "review' don't think you do. Doubt that I will. Too bad though. Very nice room. Pretty good food. Very nice view of the River.
