There was pet hair and human hair on the fresh bedding upon arrival despite it being a pet free room. The wifi didnt actually work. The outlet in the bathroom took resetting a couple times to actually work. The walls are very thin I could hear the person in the room next door snoring. The breakfast is meek and didn’t offer any fresh fruit not even apples or oranges. The establishment and room was extremely humid the whole stay. Lots of people clearly living there and on drugs sitting around outside. The business owner was very kind and polite though. And the AC worked well. Wouldn’t stay again though because of the pet and human hair in on the bedding.

The room was very clean. The breakfast was good. I recommend for the price for one night even if there are no restaurants or services near the hotel.

The bed didn't have a mattress. We were sleeping on the box springs! And, there wasn't a comforter or thick blanket but sheets. The bathroom was extremely small and hard to maneuver around. And the window to the room wouldn't lock so it wasn't very safe. Won't repeat a stay there.

Outside seemed. Abit sketchy but it was great inside! Only issue we had was that the pipes groaned loudly when you took a shower (or the people above us took a shower). I was really impressed that the wood floors were clean. Usually in places that don't have carpet the floors are sooo dirty but this place has really clean floors and the AC worked great.

This is a recently renovated property that was a pleasant surprise to stay at considering the price we paid for it. We needed a cheap place to crash after a Cardinals baseball game and, based on reading reviews, I thought that this would at least keep us safe at night. It certainly did, and then some! Yes, the surrounding area is sketchy. It's true. But inside the hotel you have very friendly staff and all clean and updated rooms. Breakfast was far above what I was expecting as well. Eggs, sausage, hash browns, oatmeal, baked goods, cold cereal, and hot drinks. It's not the Hilton, but if you want a clean room, a quiet night, a hot shower, and a good breakfast, you really can't go wrong here. I would not hesitate to stay here again if we ever return to St. Louis.
