Staying at the Hollywood Casino Hotel was beyond disappointing. The room was filthy, with the ceiling peeling and streaks of dirt running down the walls—completely unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one with “casino” in its name. The green chair in the room was visibly grimy, and the floors and surfaces were so dirty I had to clean them myself. When I wiped them down, the towels turned black with dirt. I handed four filthy towels to the hotel staff, expecting an apology or meaningful compensation, but all I got was an offer for a free drink. A single drink for staying in what felt like a biohazard zone? Insulting. The overall lack of cleanliness and maintenance was shocking. This place is falling apart, and it’s clear they don’t care about the guest experience. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone—it’s not worth the price or the health risk.

Absolutely love this place! Room was extremely clean and well stocked with all the necessities. Room was very nice and comfortable. So many awesome dining options right on the property, and the casino is awesome! 10/10 highly recommended. I will be staying here again asap!
