Asked for joining rooms . Gave us rooms not even on the same floor. One room was on the first floor, one was on the fifth. Wasn't told that there was no bath tub in the room either just a shower.

Check in was quick and easy. Property was reasonably clean. Decor and furnishings were dated. Room had the absolute worst mattress I have ever slept on in a hotel. Paper thin walls, guests in the adjoining room were busy all night which made for no sleep.

Pet Friendly

This was a fantastic spot for our family with an even better location for our dogs. Due to nice weather and location of our room on the first floor, we were able to open the patio door so it made taking the dogs out far easier than walking them the length of the hotel. Exactly in the middle of St Louis and easy to get everywhere. Room was quiet, lots of TV Channels, and able to hook up the PS5 for the kids.

Room was adequate. Clean. Tiny bathroom. The place reeked of pot. All through the hallways . Could smell it in our room. Outside in parking lot people smoking. Loud obnoxious folks in parking lot till 2:00a.m. I asked at desk and was told they had a no smoking policy. Clearly not.

Check in was excellent, plenty to eat around the area. Plenty of parking as well. Room and linens were clean, bed was comfortable, just a shame the neighboring room, NEVER stopped going in and out all night long, slamming the door, so the bed didn’t matter. TBH, not even sure where they went, back and forth. Not even a bar in the hotel. Called the desk, who were very receptive to the issue, but quiet only lasted approximately 40 min and then continued. Not the hotels fault, but I will be more selective, staying somewhere in the future.

Clean, friendly, convenient, good value

Great reception staff, super clean room, internet, good coffee in the lobby. Close to Forest Park sites and the freeway. Well lighted parking lot. Very good value. Not a big chain! If you are a light sleeper, ask for a room on the opposite side of where the freeway is.
