Honoring dad at Cardinals game!

When we checked in, we were in room 215 that is when I realize I need to ask for another room closer to the elevator for my mom. Connor was able to get us a room on the first floor, which we were very thankful for.

Out of the Way Stay

The hotel was well out of the way of pretty much everything. You had to drive about 10 miles to get food. Everyone at the hotel was very nice and accommodating. There were several areas that could have been cleaner in the room. There were stains on the mattress cover. Just a little more and deeper cleaning would help a lot. Overall it was a good stay.

I loved the Hot Water.....This is not my first time staying in a Hilton but this one is awful. I loved the hot water though. I was upset because the app, it says no deposit, then when I got there, it was a deposit, and not only that, a deposit per day that I was there, which was stupid to me, but anyway. I paid for the room that has drinks and snacks, there were no drinks and snacks...I literally had to go ask for them, which they should have already been in the room. You have to call for the Housekeeper, as much as the hotel was, u should not have to ask for everything, it should be done anyway. They stressing, no smoking but time you get off the elevator. All you smell is weed. I will not come back to this hotel at all. The front desk staff tries to play with your intelligence as if you're stupid and I tried my best not to act up. I did good though, but y'all need to fix this FRFR.

The stay was not a great experience. The room was not very clean . The noise from the guest next to us kept us from getting sleep. Nobody came to clean the room or bring us clean towels or rags. I had to call the front desk and request some. The kitchen staff at breakfast were very rude and unprofessional. I also paid for a hot breakfast and it was cold. I would not recommend this hotel for anyone to stay.
