One of the beds had blood and something else on it; clearly they didn't clean the bedding. We talked to the front desk, who were very kind about it, but it took like 90 minutes to get new bedding. They also said they'd waive parking fees as a result, but charged us anyway. The USB port was broken. One of the dresser handles was broken. Not in great condition.

Only good for an Arch View

The only good thing about the hotel was the view of the arch from our room and the fact we could walk to it. The staff wasn’t very friendly, the beds totally uncomfortable and the linens too small to share in a queen bed, several outlets and charging stations didn’t work and the tub faucet was loose. We couldn’t get a comfortable temp in the room either- it was too hot or too cold no matter what we tried. The microwaves in the common area were both very dirty. My husband also got stuck in the elevator for about 10 minutes, and the staff seemed less than prompt to help. Fortunately, someone (another guest I’m sure), called the elevator from another floor, and it finally began to move.

The elevators were super frustarting. They wouldnt work correctly sometimes and were very inefficient. Breakfast was in a pretty small area and got very busy some mornings. Not a horrible hotel by any stretch but just frustarting at times. Staff was amazing and rooms were clean.

Clean hotel, within walking distance of a lot of places. Most of the staff were extremely nice. Only downside was could hear the street traffic but once got a fan that made a big difference

Parking price was outrageous at $30 Front desk person could have been more friendly and actually talk to you. She looked down the whole time and talked in a rushed but quite voice it was so hard to understand Breakfast was good. Room was typical.

We stayed on the 11th floor, we could see the Dome and the The Golden Horseshoe. And the river. The view was awesome. The staff was great. I spoke with Lawrence prior to my trip he was very helpful, he was also the same person who checked us in. I just want to say thank you all so much for making our family vacation that much better

This property was okay. The carpet was coming up and old/dirty. I loved how close it was to the Arch however there was nothing in the block surrounding it. When we walked a few blocks we found more but it wasn't as close as we were hoping. The parking fee was not explained well when booking. The pool was great and clean and we appreciated that extra.

The hotel itself was nice enough. Had a nice sized pool and a small gym. Gym had some equipment that didn’t work right. The area around the hotel is fairly sketchy with quite a bit of construction that made it hard to walk around. The area didn’t feel super safe.
