Breakfast was awesome! Valet staff was great,tough extremely pricey parking for a dead scene downtown area where nearly all empty or closed businesses surrounds the hotel. Pool was in shady condition, chemicals in water were visible and bottom seemed unsafe as you stepped on it but not visible due to the plastic cover. Pillows were so soft I couldn't sleep, they had no support.

This is one of my favorite Hotels, I literally come 2 or more times a year and stay for a few days for the past 6 plus years. The last few times I've visited, I had to request for new bed sheets due to stains and hair, hair in the bathroom and over the lamps, along with dust, and during this stay it was the same thing, although the guy who replaced the fridge was very nice about it, that's the only reason I gave it a 3. Being a previous housekeeper and housekeeping supervisor, I understand missing some thing's but it's becoming consistent. I, myself, strip the room to help the housekeepers with quicker service but please double check the rooms again. I will contiue to stay here because it is overall a great hotel, friendly staff, great location and great fresh breakfast. For the price I paid for those few nights, there should be no way for me to be dusting nor asking for more sheets. Hopefully, the next stay I'll ne able to give a 5 Star review.

Kat was at the front desk when we checked in and she was amazing. The system was showing out reservation was cancelled but it wasn't. She stayed so calm on a very busy weekend. Not only was she able to find us a room but she upgraded us to a huge suite with a conference table! It made spending time with others so easy. The one negative was the kitchen during dinner. I ordered a pizza and two orders of chicken tenders and it took nearly 2 hours. The food was beyond disappointing when we got it. Overall, a great hotel for a tournament weekend.

We dropped our valet parking ticket and $40. One of the employees found it and we were called immediately. I wish I would have gotten his name. He went above and beyond and we will never forget his kindness. Please let him know how much we appreciate him. Our whole experience was wonderful. Everyone was extremely friendly. We will be back.

I loved how clean everything was and that they will daily clean your room! The bellhops were super helpful and courteous. I wish the entryway had better parking but we got through it. The $50 daily valet charge was worth it and they never made us feel uncomfortable about asking to get stuff we had forgotten. The free breakfast was great! Everyone was super nice, friendly and respectful. We will stay here again!

Great stay

We stopped for a night on our way through St Louis. Complimentary snacks and drinks was great. The pool was warm, although only 3 feet deep, it was perfect for the kids. Staff was friendly and valet was perfect.
