Overall had a good experience. Hotel staff was friendly. The room was super clean and nice. The pool area needs some work but the kids enjoyed it. The free drinks for two hours and the free breakfast were great!!! Our only inconvenience for the weekend was the fire alarm going off at around 11pm and having to evacuate the hotel. Luckily we did not have to stay outside for long. Thank you to the staff and the fire department for your quick response and keeping every one safe.

Downtown convenience with a twist of adenture

Great stay, other than the fire emergency that took place in 4th floor and set the alarms off and sent everyone outside at around 10pm last night. It was a 20 minute minor inconvenience

The room wasn’t ready until after 5:30 and we may have waited even longer but my wife finally had to go up and ask. It took over an hour to get bedding for the pull-out. Everything else has been great and the room is amazing.

Overall pleasant stay with a few foibles. We had four staying in our room so we asked for extra towels. There were four when we arrived, but when housekeeping came in the next day, it was reduced to three. Towels were also an issue at the pool our second night, as in there were none. A member of our party went down to the front desk in their bathing suit to request towels be brought to the pool. And finally, on our last morning, we were roused from sleep by the fire alarm blaring three separate times in the span on fifteen minutes. I missed the presence of a hot tub, especially after the long drive to get there. The complementary breakfast was delicious with lots of options, which we all enjoyed. The omelette chefs are particularly talented. The room was spacious and quiet.

Great stay for a Blues game!

Staff were very friendly! Everything seemed fresh and clean! Complimentary breakfast was amazing. I was really worried about valet because our car has a manual transmission, but the valet guys were great! There was a strong odor of marijuana coming from some other rooms in our hallway. Overall our experience makes us want to come back again!
