Everything was very good! Only minor issues was variety of food for the kickback. Served the same things 2 nights in a row and parking is VERY tight and limited! But rooms and staff were great! Definitely would recommend

We were greeted by DJ the front desk clerk to check us in and he was so sweet and kind that we already knew that we're going to love this place and we did. Everything was amazing, the rooms, the lobby and the location. We had the arch face room and it was beautiful. Hotel provided with a kickback hour in the evening with free snacks and drinks. I mean the snacks werent light, it was probably dinner for most of them. Their breakfast was also provided with the room at no extra charge. We had 2 littles with is and their property was big enough for them to run around freely. They have a pool and hot tub but that is something we chose not to try. Excellent experience and a very nice stay. Thank you Drury Plaza Hotel at the ARCH.

The hotel is in an amazing location. My room had the best view of the arch! The hotel and rooms were very clean. The breakfast buffet and evening kick backs were wonderful! Finally the employees and service were top notch!

We booked the room with the better view as it was the family’s first time in St Louis. When we arrived, we were told they didn’t have a room with a view available. So disappointed. They gave us parking and snacks but I would’ve stayed elsewhere had I known.

The room was clean but the window was dirty it had orange stuff coming down the side. The room smelled a little stuffy. The halls had a smell as well . Overall, it was a very pleasant stay staff super friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend staying there.

This is absolutely the place I will be telling everyone to stay when they come to St Louis. Quiet, clean, staff was super helpful getting extra pillows and such. You can’t beat the location to the Arch either. Parking is not included but they have a garage to use that was something like $30 a day. It was easy enough to get to other attractions from here as well (aquarium, city museum, etc). The breakfast was very basic but we never left hungry. We used the “snack hour” every night for dinner and left full - one night was bbq pork sliders, another night was tacos. This is the place we will be staying when we come back!

Would definitely stay again - View was EXCEPTIONALLY EXQUISITE - Room 520 or 540 I can't remember for sure. Dinner & breakfast were crowded and a little disappointing if you're a picky eater. Bar drinks and service excellent.

This hotel was perfect! It was a 2 minute walk to the arch, which was the main reason we chose this hotel. Very nice hotel staff & hotel! I loved the observation deck and all the views! My children and husband loved the pool and hot tub! We loved the hotel & St. Louis so much that we’re already planning another visit back soon! Highly recommend!
