Clean and comfortable. Very good Italian restaurant in the building. Everyone who worked in the hotel from front desk to cleaning staff greeted me in a friendly manner every time I encountered them. We put our out of town guests here for a family wedding and they were all pleased

We choose this hotel based on location (very close to the zoo, garden, and science center), breakfast and pool. We would stay again based on the free snacks, drinks, and delicious popcorn. You really can't beat the value for a family of four once you consider how much more it would have been to eat out. The rooms were nice and I liked that there was a gate around the parking lot.

Don't want to swim here.
Front desk service was not an easy check in. I had reserved three rooms and paid for in advance. We were not even all put on the same floor. The pool/hot tub was nasty. The pool chemicals were way too high and it burned to breathe in the area. The pool was also dirty. It was right off the interstate, which is handy, but we also heard road noise all night. Breakfast was good.

Expensive comparatively, but fairly decent value.
Great, quick stay to enjoy a local festival. Breakfast 2 mornings and one night with dinner and drinks help justify the price, and the food and drink was pretty decent, by and large! (though the meal room activity can be a bit chaotic) Only one elevator working, so long waits there. We took the stairs often, even tho on the 4th floor. Sadly the meal services use A LOT of platice and disposable items, so not very eco-friendly at all. That was an unfortunate realization. Location was great. Not sure the perks really justify a nearly double price of other places nearby, but we enjoyed the stay.
