Disgustingly filthy

It was terrible. Extremely dirty. Bed linens were disgusting, with food and trash and everything. When we pulled back the bed, we saw all the gross things. Clearly the sheets weren’t changed. The front desk gave me a new room, and if it hadn’t been so late- I would have changed hotels. I asked for a manager and was told the manager wouldn’t be in until 9:00 am the next day. When I asked if they could be called, I was told no. Soni asked for a call back from the manager & now 2 days later, I have received no call.

Meticulously clean and superb breakfast!

This place was outstanding from check in to checkout. They were in the midst of changing ownership however, I would not hesitate to stay here again and have already booked another stay. The staff could not have been more helpful, the room was meticulously clean, and the breakfast superb!

When you walk in, you notice right away that it's a clean, nice environment. Met Alex. He introduced himself with a firm handshake and was very personable. The room was absolutely ship shape. It's obvious that Alex runs a tight ship there.

The new property manager was extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating. Our TV didn’t work and immediately was apologies and a room change, no if and or buts. Service was amazing :-)

We arrived 3 days after a snow and the parking lot is still completely covered in snow and ice. It’s treacherous to say the least. We waited nearly 20 minutes on the front desk staff to show up to check us in. If I hadn’t already paid via my KeyOne cash, I would have just gone to another hotel. This hotel obviously doesn’t care about its guests. At all!!
