The staff is very nice and friendly and as helpful as they could be. The rooms were very clean . The hotel is older and upkeep could use help.they said they had new staff which would probably explain why a lot of different things were not taken care of. Hopefully with more training they will get better

Pool and hot tub were green in color, hot tub was not hot, and barely had any water in it. A Couple of mornings there was no breakfast and the person at the counter just said “no breakfast today.” On the mornings breakfast was served it was warm, not hot, and it was the same every day, gravy (you could cut with a knife), biscuits, and powdered eggs. Rarely had coffee, and no other beverages or snacks as advertised. There was no do not disturb sign for room, had to ask for one. The laundry is on the 3rd floor. The Washing machine was stripped out so did not agitate after putting our clothes in and money in and starting it. The soap and softener dispenser took our money and did not give the soap or softener. When we asked staff about this they said, “that has never worked.” Yet there is not a out of order sign or anything to stop you from putting your money in. The front desk did give us our money back.

The hotel was ok. Trash all around the outside trash can by the door. There was a box to put you used keys in, outside the locked door, and it was stuffed with keys. I tried one and yea it opened the locked door. There was a pile of linen and towels in the hallway. The pillows were not very good.

The staff was wonderful. We had a broken fridge in our room that didn’t work the entire weekend. Katelyn from the front desk was very apologetic and very helpful. We loved the room and hotel otherwise!

decent room, Bath too too small. I reserved a handicap room and did not receive it. Why should I prepay for a room and then get told , that they sold out of what I was supposed to have. I reserved like a month in advanced. Being Handicapped is difficult enough, I should be given what I paid in advance for.

Our room was filthy. The carpet stank. Every piece of furniture was filthy and uncomfortable. The hallway was full of trash, towels, and steel bracket pile in front of the elevator. The breakfast was the same all three days we stayed. Biscuit’s, gravy, sausage and fake eggs. The coffee was horrible. The final day we were there we found the front desk staff crying at the computer. I asked for a luggage cart. She replied we only have one and it’s probably in someone’s room. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. I spoke with several other guests all with bad experiences. This place is in need of a 10 million dollar renovation. If you like a clean hotel pass on this property.

The property was loud and the hot tub was disgusting. We were going to stay at another location but opted for this one specifically for the hot tub. I spoke with front desk before leaving to see about resolving our issues and was told to call back and speak to Michael. Upon calling back the same lady was very rude and wouldn't allow me to speak to Michael in management and stated they would not be willing to reimburse any part of our stay. Would not recommend staying here especially if you are looking for a clean relaxing hot tub. I do have pictures as well.
