Staff is always friendly. They were working hard over memorial day weekend but had trouble keeping up with breakfast stuff and pool towels etc. The location is dependent on what you are looking for, in the heart of downtown, building is old but hard to find the fun details of old buildings. Other than what drury hotels are infamous for, minimal elevators. It's walkable but it is def not a location I'm looking for as a family stay There is 1 elevator that services all floors and 1 elevator that serves some floors. It's annoying as can be. They do not have enough seating in the breakfast area. The rooms are on the smaller side (well ours was). But comfy with good storage. Though hard to fit all the stuff a family of 4 needs with younger kids. The pool was rather disgusting and I don't think it is cleaned very well. There was so much hair in the pool we were all disgusted, plus yellow bits of heaven knows what. The water was more cloudy than it should have been and the hot tub was gross as well. There were hard white pieces floating in the hot tub and again the water was cloudier than it should have been. Some of this could have been because the hotel was so crowded, but that's when the staff should be extra vigilant about cleaning and maintaining it. The beds were comy and the breakfast was standard for a drury, though I feel since covid it just isnt as good as it used to be. The waffles arent very flavorful. I would not stay here again but other people may like it.

Great experience.

Beautiful hotel. The bed was super comfortable. The breakfast buffet was amazing. Every staff member we met and talked to was absolutely great. Friendly and caring. Market was well stocked and reasonable.

STLUnionStation Drury, THE BEST!

Absolutely amazing, from the minute we walked in, to the minute we left was amazing. Fallon was wonderful! Top notch employee, truly a gem! Make sure you keep her. Oh, and the BEDS-best bed we have ever slept on. Definitely will use Drury again!

I love Drury Inn for the dinner/drinks and breakfast. I didn’t read the fine print and was unaware I was going to be charged $19 for parking. I think that should have been disclosed more prominently prior. The woman at the front desk was super rude upon check in. I got to my room and the heat was on and the temperature was above 80 degrees. I went to purchase a drink from the market pantry and was told she needed my ID, even though she just had it in her hand 3 minutes ago at check in and scanned it in so I had to go all the way back upstairs, as she wouldn’t just check the system. The alarm clock in the room went off at 6am and woke me up, even though I did not set it. Was not thrilled with my stay, esp the worker at the front desk when I checked in. Dealing with her and her rude and condescending attitude put quite a damper on things.

Crazy light show with the Ferris Wheel next door

One of my preferred places to stay when I travel to STL for work. It's about a 15 minute drive from our office, covered parking, beautiful old hotel. Beds could be a bit more comfortable, and I was put in a room that faced the ferris wheel just east of the hotel so there were some psychedelic lights outside my windows until about 9pm, but otherwise, no issues.

The facility honors its history while providing all of the modern conveniences. The staff are exemplary. Always going out of the way to meet your needs with a warm and friendly manner. It is conveniently located across from the St. Louis Union station restaurants and family entertainment.

The staff was friendly and accomidating, they let me check in an hour early. Being located across the street from the soccar stadium and the old Union Station made for fun walkes. Plenty of dinning options in the area to choose from. Free breakfast, and free dinner. A foodies dream come true. Bed was soft and comfy.

We loved the dining options, drinks and popcorn. Staff was great!!! and very helpful. Our only complaint was the vomit by the hot tub and the brown color of the pool bottom. We did notify front desk that there was vomit and the sent someone right away to clean it up and close the hot tub. That was great! Only thing was she left a chunk of vomit by both the hot tub and the pool and they were still there the following day. :( Overall it was the best hotel of or trip though..
