This hotel was adorable! I loved my room. It was like a chic little apartment. Loved the bed, extra blankets in the closet, and big tv with lots of options. Great pillows, nice city view from my room. The front staff was very friendly and attentive. The room was very clean and cozy. Starbucks was across the street. Perfection. There was a karaoke bar very close by too which was fun entertainment for us one night. Close enough to just walk to even when it was cold.

The room was great, view of the river. My stay was absolutely excellent bar one exception. House keeping started to knock on my door at 9am even with a do not disturb sign hanging on the door and continued mutiple times until we left.

Our room was spacious and clean. The staff was really nice. This was downtown so the parking garage was "across the street". It ended up being about one half block. The dining was very limited to a small menu and expensive. The bed was harder than we were used to. The pillows were also uncomfortable. It was an older building but in good shape. Probably won't stay again.

Quick trip to watch the Blues. The location was great. We found dining and were able to walk to the game. Room was spacious and very clean. Staff was very friendly.

Complaints first: Main entrance difficult to locate. For security had to be buzzed in once main entrance was found. No onsite parking. Dresser must be possessed because the drawers kept opening on their own. Towels were very rough, not nice at all. Now compliments: Staff was amazing, friendly and accommodating. Property and room were clean, comfortable and inviting. Felt safe.

The hotel worked with us when the weather turned bad quickly and allowed us to check out early and avoid the storm. They were also kind when we had a couple of minor issues pop up they were quick on the spot to get them fixed/move rooms. My main downsides was, it was not clear that they did not have any on sight parking. It talks about off site parking and valet but it was not clear that those were our only options so make sure you prepare for that cost.

Would Stay Here Anytime I'm In St. Louis

Great stay. Stayed here on the way to spend Christmas with family and on the way back. Very clean, very friendly staff, and location was great. Would definitely recommend to anyone staying in St. Louis.

Great hotel except for the valet parking

Room was great and spacious, although the bed was just average. Staff was extremely friendly. Entire hotel was clean. Only complaint was with the valet parking. Someone had gone through the vehicle looking for something (items were removed from compartments and not put back). Luckily, nothing was stolen. Did speak to hotel manager who assured me he would talk to the contract company in charge with the valet parking.
