I always stay at the Comfort Inn when i visit my parents. Its clean, affordable and I love that they taken dogs.

We booked this hotel because it was closest to six flags fright fest. We booked a double room. One of the beds was dirty...seman on the blanket in plain sight. The tub was disgusting. The room was made up but clearly wasn't cleaned. We went to the front desk and they gave us another room with no issues. The guy was nice and quick to resolve which is the only reason i gave more than 1 star. Overall, the hotel was worn down and not maintained. We will never stay here again.

I want to start by saying, the staff were incredibly kind and helpful! Unfortunately, there were trash items left in the floor of our hotel room (a lollipop stick, a plastic bag, etc) but they were easy to clean up. The pool room was underwhelming, with the pool unexpectedly not being heated, the sauna being out of order, and the ceiling having obvious cracks and water stains. The other good thing about the hotel was that the breakfast was plentiful and there were many options ready for us! Overall, we weren't thrilled nor extremely upset with our stay.

Clean but loud
The first thing I notice is how clean the hallways and rooms smell. Everything is clean and staff are friendly. The beds are comfortable. The only downside is how loud the highway is.
