The smell of my room when I walked in was terrible. I almost left but it was late & I was exhausted. The room was clean but the property is definitely old. It was the worst Comfort Inn I’ve ever stayed in. They’re usually my go to for comfort cleanliness and price, but this one almost changed that.
Right on arrival the lady at the front desk had a bad attitude. The room’s curtains were half off the wall. There were multiple holes in the drywall from where furniture had dragged a crossed it. The tv had a black line of dead pixels running down the middle of the screen. The bathtub had chips and cracks everywhere. The shower had some sort of red and orange liquid stuck to the floor. The shower door would get stuck shut so it was impossible to open. The hotel was absurdly noisy from people bringing their stuff in and out the side door which makes a bang everytime it opens and shuts. You should lock the side door at night so people have to use the front door and prevent people from opening and shutting the door multiple times at 2am. Then for some reason at around 9:30am staff would vacuum the hotel hallways. Yes you heard me not the hotel rooms but the hallway outside the hotel room which was super loud. There are checkout times for a reason… vacuum when your guests have left not at 9:30 in the morning. And speaking off check out times the hotel stated checkout is at 11am and the hotel staff tried to come clean the room at 10:30am. Perhaps wait till after checkout time to come clean the room. Won’t be staying here again. If you go 15 minutes further west into Wentzville there are significantly nicer hotels for only a little more money.
Room was great. A little pealing paint above the bathtub. Quiet. Would definitely stay here again.

Good, clean & affordable
Room was good size, clean & comfortable. Breakfast was hot & delicious and staff very friendly. Room looked a bit run down, some holes in wall, bathroom door was chipped & decor was outdated. We were told the bathroom was supposed to have shower bench but my daughter who utilizes a wheelchair, didn't shower so it wasn't a big deal. Served it's purpose & was a decent price so happy with our stay.

Friendly staff and convenient lication for us. Newly repaved parking lot is great. Public areas of hotel, mostly carpeting is a bit shopworn and dirty but rooms are pretty good. Second stay in about 2 months in a room with shower shelf hanging by its screws.
Nothing special.
In the room bathroom. Upon arrival we notice long hair in the vanity sink.ive never seen a bathtub with a curved bottom. Uncomfortably taking a shower. No operational ice machine on the 2nd floor.
Check in was very easy. Finding our room was easy. It’s close to a lot of restaurants and stores. We like this hotel a lot. We’ve stayed there 3 times and will most likely be back next year.
Horrible! There was mold in our bathroom. Our toilet didn’t flush properly. Only one lamp worked for lighting. Customer service awful. They wouldn’t switch rooms give discount or anything. Front desk was mean and rude. Everything was dirty. Even the elevator had yikes missing and Sheetrock missing from wall
