The floor beneath the tub seems like it has fallen in- the base of the tub had a huge dip in one side of it. (Room 205)
Additionally, we’re having issues with the preauth and getting the hotel to help resolve this has gotten us the run around. Has happened before with other Comfort Inns resulting in us being double charged.

There was not very hot water. Staff was not real friendly.
The location of the hotel is fantastic. The whole place seemed clean but the building and furniture were obviously very old with clear signs of wear.
The bed was very firm.
We only interacted with one staff member who was not incredibly pleasant and made note that she didn’t care because her shift was almost over.
Breakfast was very basic but sufficient.
Overall I would stay here again for the costs and location.

We got the jacuzzi room and hot water was barley warm. The shower and jacuzzi had the same issue.
Good location and price for our needs. Staff was friendly and efficient. Room was clean and comfortable but a few things needed some TLC. Soap/shampoo shelf in shower was hanging by loose bolts and thus unusable. Smoke alarm over bed was hanging by wires. Bedside tables and parts of common hallways looked a bit worn and tired but neither affected the quality of our stay or would keep us from returning again
The check in person was very creepy and kept asking very personal questions. He even called my room to make sure “everything was satisfactory!” I understand the gesture but he did it in a very creepy way that made me uncomfortable and I checked it early
