There was no heating in the room and it was freezing. It was terrible, to say the least. I was not able to adjust the heating because the thermostat was not working. And there were no maintenance people at night to help with that.

We booked this as a last-minute deal after staying too long at City Museum on a trip home after a family event. The price we booked was beyond reasonable, the people who worked there were all lovely, and the game room attached to the pool was a great touch. There are parts about the hotel that are dated, but they seem to be doing upgrades. Overall a great place to stay for a night!
