The hotel was very nice and clean however slightly outdated rooms in my opinion. They got us in on a holiday weekend with a fair price. Overall it was a good stay for 1 night.

Great location, near the convention center and walkable to local stores, but really poor value for money. Rooms are dated, staff are mostly unprofessional and unhelpful (getting breakfast times wrong, 'rationing' breakfast items so those who arrive later may get none of popular items like pancakes, ignoring Do not Disturb signs, refusing to help a blind woman who was struggling with her luggage and emotional support dog, etc). Our room was not clean when we arrived (marks on bedding, dried on food(?) stain on lampstand and in the week we stayed there, housekeeping only cleaned it once. (Best Western claims there will be full housekeeping service after 3 days.)

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It was in a convenient location. The staff members were great. The pool was a nice size. The breakfast was standard.

Don't go if you Need wifi or breakfast

The wifi didn't work. I was hoping to get a bit of work done while I was there but the wifi was cutting out so much that I gave up. Breakfast always seemed to be closed when we went there. The place was clean and the staff were friendly
