My only complaint is that they ran out of breakfast food items (biscuits) early, 45-60 minutes before line closed and stated “no more for today”. Muffins and bagels ran out about 30 minutes before closing.

The staff were all friendly and helpful, very good complimentary breakfasts, nice lobby where our family hung out having fun catching up. The hotel is actually connected to Chili’s- convenient and we had a great meal. Yes, the hotel is older, spotty WiFi, tvs aren’t great, thin towels, and a few wonky cabinet drawers. But the mattresses, pillows, and linens are very nice, and the rooms are fresh and clean. For the price, this BW is a bargain and is our family’s new St. Louis hotel choice. Maggie Medjuck April 2025

I have now stayed here a couple of times while on road trips. The staff is always super welcoming at the front desk, the place is nice and clean and it is quiet. For the location and things around, the inside stays really calm and quiet for a good nights rest. Breakfast they provide is very nice as well and plenty of seating to relax, have a bite to eat and fill up coffee before heading out. Will stay again if I go through this area again

A collection of multiple issues, maybe minor individually, but in combination annoying problems: 1. Upon entry, bath mat soaking wet, towels damp. 2. Towels thin (could literally see through) AND edges torn and frayed! 3. Toilet continued drip running. 4. Bathroom sink had about a dozen rust spots (yech). 5. No exhaust fan in bathroom. 6. Dresser cabinet door swings open and stays open - can’t close. 7. No room cleaning service unless specifically request the night before (?) 8. Breakfast offering fair, room cold, coffee awful. 9. Bed pillows were half size of a standard pillow (?) 10. Mounting on wall for picture, no picture? 10. Will not return.

Seemed to be an older property. Breakfast was hot and filling. The fan in our bathroom was caked with dust. Upon arrival we had to go to the desk to ask for blankets (bed was made with out blankets and none in the room). For the price I felt cheated!

The bed and pillows were not comfortable. After asking for a late check out and being denied I had housekeeping coming to my door 40 min before my check out time to try and get me out. I had an event I had to be up for at 5 am and was trying to nap. I have never been told no you can’t have a late check out and also never had maids knocking on my door to get me out 40 min before the check out time. If coming back for work I would not pick to stay here again.
