Terrible experience

No hot water at all, shower only got lukewarm. No heat it did not work, bathtub had repairs that were done poorly so part of it were lifted up on the bottom. Ceiling started leaking in the middle of the night during a terrible storm tornadoes in the area. Hotel did not have any open rooms because their system was done from what I was told. Had to go pay extra for a completely different hotel.

I understand that there was weather issues when we got there, but instead of letting us check in (which only takes 2 minutes) she left and went all the way up stairs and said it’s going to be a while before we can check in. We had a little baby and we had to wait over 30 minutes just to get checked in. It was just frustrating when I paid for a hotel room which we only stayed in for about 8 hours.

Christine at the front desk was truly lovely and incredibly warm and personable. Breakfast was surprisingly good! Room could’ve been cleaner, towels smelled funny, and with construction happening in half of the hotel, I probably would’ve stayed elsewhere had I known beforehand due to dust and allergy issues.

Nothing fancy but ok if you just need to sleep.

It was neutral. Bathroom and floors weren’t as clean as I would have liked. Our tubs slip resistant mat was yellowed and peeling up all around. Given price point the age and condition of the hotel reflect that.

We were there for an event at the Convention center. It was probably less than a mile from the Convention Center. The price was nice. The furniture is really outdated and cracking. Very pleased!!

We were very pleased with the hotel. Very clean, beds very comfortable, and breakfast was amazing. All of the hotel staff were extremely friendly, and we would definitely stay here again.

Poor condition pool was closed. Room had a broken toilet and wall paper falling off. Mold was seen behind. Half the place was under construction too. Breakfast was lower level.
