Having stayed in a lot of lovely hotels across the world, this hotel has to be the best we have ever stayed in. Absolutely everything was amazing. The location of the hotel is fantastic, with stunning views, the staff were so friendly and helpful, the facilities were first class and the room with our own hot tub was spacious, clean and comfortable. A special call out to Emilia who was so friendly every morning at breakfast and to Rachel at Concierge who was so helpful. Thank you for an amazing stay.

It was impossible to set the room thermostat to a comfortable sleeping temperature. Our room had a beautiful seaside view, but it would get uncomfortably warm during the night. When we spoke to the front desk, we were told that air-conditioning was permanently turned off during the winter and that we should just leave the window/balcony door open. The next morning, my husband was covered in mosquito bites! How is this possible for a 5-star hotel?!! Management had to be convinced to lend us a fan. Don't stay here during Feb unless you like sleeping in 26-28°C. If the cleaning service wasn't as good as they were, I would have given this hotel a 1-star. Breakfast buffet was decent. However, there was not a single dish or item that was memorable, except for the appalling cheese display that looked haphazardly cut and left out for way too long. Thankfully, the rest of the food looked fine. But the cheese was in the same, sad state for most of the week that we stayed. As for the rest of the hotel, it's next to the beach, but there is no beach side access. You can see the beach from the garden, but there are service buildings and a trench in between. The surrounding area didn't feel safe at night, so we opted for food delivery, which was thankfully full of options and very convenient on the days we stayed in. Overall, this was the worst Hilton we have ever stayed at. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

I stayed for 3 nights on a half-board basis and had a truly wonderful experience at Hilton St. Julian’s, Malta. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with a warm and pleasant welcome. My room was beautiful, offering stunning garden, pool, and sea views. The spa facilities were absolutely amazing, providing the perfect space to relax and unwind. The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming, going above and beyond to make my stay special. A special thanks to Supervisor Charith and his team Sunil, April, and others for their outstanding hospitality. The location is fantastic, very close to Valletta, making it easy to explore. Initially, I had some doubts when booking, but as soon as I stepped inside the hotel, I knew I had made the best choice. Super luxurious, excellent service, and definitely worth every penny.
