Staying at a hotel should be Convenient. How about if you MAKE it convenient. Fix all the stupid little things that are annoying. The soap holder in the shower is held on with one loose screw and is so loose that when you put a soap in it, it flips over and the soap ends up on the shower floor. The holder for the handheld shower is not fixed properly to the wall. When you pull the handheld shower off the holder, the holder comes with it off the wall. Fix it. The magnifying mirror is ridiculous. It’s supposed to be adjustable but it’s so loose that when you adjust it, it just flips to face downward again. It’s absolutely useless unless you crouch down and face upward to see yourself. Not to mention that the bulb around the mirror is so dim as to be useless. FIX ALL THESE STUPID THINGS that make it annoying to stay at your hotel. How about if you put some shelving somewhere in the shower so that you can actually put your shampoo and soap on the shelving rather than putting it down on the floor. How about if you actually get some decent lighting in the bathroom so you can see yourself? It’s so dim you can’t even put make up on. The hotel was fine if you can get past the stupid little annoying things.

It was a good stay but 1 of the towels in my room was dirty and folded back up on the shelf. As well the pool area has absolutely nowhere to lay your things. Might cosider a cube shelf down there. A grandfather was there watching his grandchildren in the pool and not even a bench to sit on. Also the hot tub was very dirty. Sludge all around the top and stuck on.

Good suite, had lots of room for us to spread out. Having the kitchenette was very convenient for those nights where we didn’t want to go eat out. The two minor complaints about the property is 1. Their road access is challenging. Lots of traffic on the road, and no lights to help. And 2, the air conditioner in our room was loud, and only seemed to work at “super cold” or “never turn on”. Other than that, it was a great location for us to base a weeks tour around eastern Newfoundland from. Addituonally, the staff were super friendly and helpful.
