Lobby area smells so nice, fresh and clean, but rooms need to be updated, majority of the staff members were not friendly, they look like they don’t want to work, long wait to order a drink, buffet needs to have more variety of food, we saw cockroaches in the bathroom,. I would also suggest a dehumidifier in the rooms since it’s so humid that the sheets feel wet. Steakhouse is not so great, neither Italian restaurant But everything else is good, Nice pool area and bar, beautiful beach, but I would also suggest for travelers to carry repellent. They also need more entertainments.

Aesthetically, the property was really nice! The food and service were great! My issue was the strong odor and visible presence of mold and mildew in the sleeping areas. I traveled with my 1 y/o daughter. The air quality in the first room was so poor, I developed an instant headache and she began sneezing repeatedly within 3 minutes of being in the room. The air was so moist, the bedding felt wet and there was a pool of water under the resort brochure because it was dripping in condensation. After complaining, we were moved to the room next door. The air quality was better but still bad. I complained for 2 days to the concierge but was never relocated. My daughter eventually ended up getting so sick, we needed to visit the on-site medical clinic. Afterward, we were moved to a THIRD room on the other side of the resort. It was a complete 180 in terms of air quality, however, a portion of the ceiling in the shower kept falling, I'm assuming from the moisture in the shower. If traveling again, I likely will not stay at this resort as this is a known issue and it appears that nothing outside of patchwork is being done to it. There are several staff members who made our experience fantastic in spite of the living conditions, and for that, I am incredibly grateful!

I thought the staff hospitality was excellent, always smilling and happy to help and converse. Lovely location too. Didnt like the noise of the sewage truck, the lack of vegetarian options, compared to meat eaters, but glad they had something and tried to cook up something too

There is poor lighting on the property at night; it’s almost pitch black when walking to the Italian and Caribbean restaurants. The TV goes out often in the middle of watching a program. Overall, the staff were not friendly. If you did not greet them first, they did not speak. Some were out right disrespectful. Specifically at the beach at the water sport counter I asked for clean towel as I return my used towels. One day there were none at 10:30 in the morning. On another day I asked and inquired why they do not replenish towels in this area throughout the day and was told “You know where to get towels from, go over there!” Shocked at his response and just replied I’m aware but it’s again now 10:40am and no clean towels in the area. He looked at me and motioned me off! The resort continue to run out of mint or had none, run out of rum, food and much more. It was unbelievable! We had dinner reservations for 7pm and received our dinner minutes to 9pm and the restaurant was NOT crowded; this was at the Hunter restaurant. You had to make reservations before 3pm in order to eat at any of the restaurants and this was not shared during check-in and no help was even offered for the first night to assist. When asking for a pasta meal to be made, the cook was annoyed and even put his hand up as I shared the ingredients I would like to have within my pasta dish. After receiving the dish, I said thank you, but got no response.

The staff was rude and not accommodating especially the front desk staff (i.e Onieka). . The food service was horrible. Had to wait over 2 hours to receive a meal at the resort restaurants. Additionally, there was no hot in the rooms. Overall, the experience left a lot to be desired. I would NOT recommend this resort to a friend.

The staff is amazing. The hotel needs to be renovated. AC situation fixed. .kre food options. Raise pay for the employees because they work hard to make travelers experience a good one. Hotel room has mold. Smells of it and poor ventilation system because of heat. Propert grounds are beautiful. Matara and Paul are amazing. Ms. Dayuana from housekeeping is amazing. Ms ernestine at breakfast time always tried to get me some bush tea. These people really made my stay for me and my kids. It costs too much to have issues that can be fixed.

This resort is average, flies everywhere especially in the buffet area. The rooms smell moldy. Water damage through out the building, most of the staff were not friendly. We’ve stayed at multiple all inclusive, this one was the worst by far.

I was there celebrating 50th bday and the staff was excellent. The facility is a nice size. You can walk everywhere and you didn't need a buggy, but they do have them if needed. The beach is gorgeous and water was clear and was able to see fish.
