The property has lots of entertainment There was always something going on day and night. Vibe staff were very friendly! The pool plays all kinds of music for all ages. Nighttime entertainment was great! They have the sports bar with a livd DJ till 2am every night. Hookah on site $60 usd. ( pricey but whatever ) I would recommend this resort to people of all ages, including children. They do not have foam parties. However atmosphere was fun. Beautiful beach absolutely stunning water. On the flip the bedsheet smelled like mold and so did the room. They definitely need a little bit more upkeep. There were also a few hosts at the buffet that had nasty attitudes. Wouldn’t even say hello good evening just what is your room number? We also did not check in by three had to wait until 3:45. I would also say that it’s not worth upgrading your room because there is no ocean view. You’re just looking at the bay unless you’re getting an over the water bungalow not worth upgrading. The food also was not amazing. Definitely leftover. Other than all that I would give this a seven out of 10.

This hotel is not clean they put me in a room when I took my shower the water was leaking at the side of the shower I had to take a towel and wipe the floor every time I take the shower the place has mold..

This resort i will give a 3/10 and only because its a beautiful clean resort. Before arriving, I requested a king bed and for the room to be decorated for our birthdays. When I got there, we had 2 double beds. When I went back to the front desk, the representative Mandy didnt even apologize for the inconvenience but stated that there were no king beds available and the one that they had was for the incoming customer that paid $69 more to hold it. (I didnt see that option when booking in September). To move on the second day, we requested cabanas and was told there were none available, and the ones with no water were out of service and couldnt be used. We decided to book the day after, got the cabana and guess what? The same cabanas they stated couldn’t be used because they were out of service were being used (BOTH OF THEM still with no water). Therefore, if you’re a person of color, they will not accommodate you AT ALL! I even took pictures for proof. Also, The entertainment was boring, it will make you fall asleep. Now to Day 4, we went to the Caribbean restaurant, we ordered our food and they decided to give us what thry wanted without asking about a replacement because they ran out of what we wanted. Most of the staff walk around like you owe them something and it should never be that way, especially for the price they’re charging. I have traveled all over the world and this is in fact the worst experience I have had. I will not be returning, hire new people

Our stay was AMAZING. The staff were extremely helpful, courteous and went above and beyond to take great care of us. The staff and guests were very friendly. The resort had exceptional views, areas to hike and walk and water activities like kayaking and paddle boards right on site. The beach was gorgeous, crystal clear water with tropical fish swimming around you. A true tropical paradise dream!

This was by far the worst experience I’ve even had in a resort. Marriott should be ashamed on themselves. I traveled with my small children and the resort ran out of French fries and steak at the first night at a steak house. The sheets smelled like mold. The sink in the room moldy and leaking. Almost lost my toe taking a shower, unfinished tiles. Further more, waited 2 hrs to check in after the fact. Power went out for a few minutes the kids went nuts, scared. Food shortage. No ice cream 3 days or of the 4 we stayed. The beach was the only beautiful thing the resort facilities had to offer.

My daughter’s b day trip and we were a diamond club members. (I strongly recommend you). Two butlers were amazing, they made an every moment that my daughter felt special and I’m very grateful. The problem I had was food. Overall the quality was really horrible and small portions. The steak house , steak was a chunk of fat. Same as Italian , Caribbean restaurant. The bars , cocktails were not appropriate (I feel like I was in a dive bars who don’t know how to make nice cocktails) except an exclusive diamond club pool bar. Overall it was clean and nice. But after 3 nights of bad quality foods I know it’s time to go back.

We had a major problem at the property since for two days due to the fact that kitchen staff were demonstrating for rate increase and therefore our stay was terrible. We could not get the food, even bread and butter was not available for breakfast. Breakfast and lunch were very limited and what ever was available was not fresh and eatable. The rest of the day was terrible as well since chanting and screaming continued during the day. Please let me know what can be done about this.
