The hospitality at the hotel was great, the staff were always warm and friendly. The location is great and quiet a home to several beautiful beaches. Special mention and thanks to Gerald at the water sports hut for his extraordinary accommodations, he made our stay extra special in Antigua.

The property is really clean. People are so friendly. Food, as a vegetarian, there’s a lot of options. I just wish the restaurant by the pool will have a variety. It’s the same menu every day. I also wish that there are other options for dinner, not just the buffet. There is no gym. So I just worked out in the patio. They can use some updates in some of the bungalows. It’ll be very useful for 2 sinks. Just an FYI, they have a mini fridge (in my bungalow anyway, #51) with 2 water bottles. We didn’t know that they don’t replenish the waters. You have to save the bottles and refill it at their water station. It’s good and bad. Good, they are saving plastic consumption. Bad, some people refill their bottle and they tend to touch the nozzle where the water drips on to the bottle where their lips touch. So that’s a little unsanitary. But all in all, we will be back

The staff was excellent friendly and very helpful. Wish there was an atm on the property so bring enough cash, taxis range from 40-80 round trip so make note. All the beaches were nice and clean and had multiple water sports to choose from. The buffet was amazing mutiple options for vegans/pescatarians. Servers were very attentive and kind. Overall loved the experience and the staff was amazing definitely recommend!

This property needs more dining options. The food was a disaster! The food was tasteless and there were VERY few menu options. There is only one restaurant open at any given time. This was NOT the all inclusive option I was expecting.

The property is fantastic with 4 beaches. The staff is great so nice and helpful. We had a beach front bungalow maybe 25 yards to the beautiful ocean. So the rooms are older but clean. No tv or microwave but the wifi works very well. The fridge was stocked daily we got beer and lots water. So the one bad thing for us the main dining area is a walk up a hill then maybe 25 steps. I have a bad hip my wife a bad foot and this will keep us from going back if you are looking for a smaller and secluded resort we would recommend it

The highlight of this property is the several beautiful beaches along the long coastline. We stayed in a Royal Palm Beach room was nice with a quiet, beautiful beach and lounge chairs right out side our door. Don't expect the Ritz though. You will find minor flaws such as missing caulk. However, I'm unsure as to the quality of the superior seaview rooms. They put us in one of these the first night as our room wasn't available. It was dark, plain, and the bedspreads were tattered. It may have been a room not remodeled yet as it looks nothing like the pictures on the hotel website. Food was mostly buffet style, but was better than typical all inclus

Room was dated, but comfortable for two (renovations in progress). Food is buffet style with limited changes nightly. Very quiet throughout the area, enjoyed the infinity pool and lounging at the beach. Small grounds area (1 pool). If you’re looking to relax, read, and lounge at the beach it’s a good stay.
