The pool is great. Has steps to gain access if you have mobility concerns. **Issue** is there is no accessible button to open the door to get you from the hallway to the pool. After much effort, I managed to get myself and walker through the door from the pool, only to be trapped, dripping wet and cold, with my walker unable to get out. Luckily a staff member heard me banging on the window to help me. The room was great and the cleaning staff were wonderful. There was also a person at the front desk who was kind but yes, it was not a fun night.

Black substance on sheets
The stay was good until i went to put my daughter to bed, when we pull the blankets dow there was some black substance all over the bed and pillows. I called front desk and they promptly changed the bed clothes. This leads me too believe the bed had not bed cleaned since last stay.

Always our choice to stay in St. John’s. Best waterslide, friendly staff, no smashed car windows, good breakfast. The rooms are always clean. I did notice a coffee like stain on the mattress protecter under the sheets but considering how clean everything always is it isn’t a concern, that’s the ONLY thing I’ve ever noticed here and we’ve stayed multiple times and will continue to chose this hotel. Great job to all staff :)
