Lovely hotel. Beds were incredibly comfortable. Staff were friendly and lovely. Terre was incredible for breakfast. Downtown St Johns is losing its vibe and doesn’t always feel safe and clean.

Enjoyed our stay for the most part. The windowed shower/bathroom is a poor design. If one uses the washroom in the middle of the night, the light fills the bedroom … which can be distracting. Otherwise, everything was top notch, including the staff.

Full-wall window in room giving a view of the harbour was the highlight of the room! Additionally, the control centers for heat/lights are very conveniently located and is a nice modern touch!
