Regretted decision to stay here
Older hotel in need of refreshing. Pillows harder than a rock and I got a headache from them. Black in the grout around tub. King size bed room was small. Small cube fridge. Didn’t service the room during our three night stay. They dropped towels outside the door in a bag. Only good things I can say is the towels were soft and the hotel was walkable to the ferries.

Very convenient from the ferry in St Ignac, it was quite, and we were able to check in around 3 from returning back from the island. They also were very helpful in helping me change my decision on room location before our arrival.

Great hotel
Fantastic room. Easy walk to shops and restaurants. Very close to ferries. Very clean. Jetted tub was great. The only downsides we had were a window left open prior to check in with a screen not attached properly and that we happened to arrive after an issue closed the pool and hot tub indefinitely. The hallway didn't seem to be very temperature controlled either and seemed to be warmer than even the outside temp.

great stay. Pool was down for repairs but they partnered with a neighboring hotel to be able to use their pool. Quiet, clean close to downtown and the ferries. Would for sure stay here again.

We had an excellent stay! The property and building was clean, and the room was very comfortable and clean as well. We appreciated the pet friendly policy and balcony for fresh air! Plus, the views of the lake were a nice surprise.

Convenient location
Pretty clean and maintained for the age of the property . Staff was helpful . We changed one of our rooms last minute without any issues . Ideal location for the boat to the island. Overnight stay was worth it.

Huge suite
It was a little above the average motel options on our Michigan road trip and pet friendly, our suite was surprisingly large with a sitting room and separate bedroom. When we checked in they really did not tell us anything about the property or amenities.
