Beautifully clean

My room was beautifully cleaned, the rest of the hotel was clean, tidy & no rubbish anywhere. The ladiws made aure the main entrance soors were fingerprint free, it certai ly made a food dirst impression

Lovely hotel within walking distance of the town centre and, importantly for us, the bus station. Our room was very comfy and a great place to relax after busy days out and about around the island. Also enjoyed spending time in the lounge. The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast, included, was great. Our only very tiny gripe would be that the WiFi signal was patchy in our room but we had no problems using it in the lounge or restaurant

Situated around a 15 minute walk from the central shopping and restaurant areas of St Helier. Bus stop outside but infrequent service. The bedroom we had was a little jaded and dated, but comfortable. Public areas of the hotel were good. Had a pleasant meal in the bar. Staff were friendly and helpful, though over-stretched at breakfast and had difficulty with turning around tables and replenishing food to keep up with demand.

Our second stay at the savoy, all excellent , going back again in october, i would recommend the savoy to anyone, amazing breakfast , great position, great helpful staff, fabulous find !

Room was poor. I asked if we could gave another chair in the room as there was two of us. I was reminded i was in an economy double, so no chance. In-room tea bags. From all 4 corners of the world, but English breakfast tea - no chance. Breakfast was warm and that's being generous. Server said it's because people keep opening and closing the food containers. Because of a long journey i asked reception if there was any quiet rooms. She said all rooms were quiet - not so. Thus hotel comes across as a 2 star at best. Avoid.

We complained for days about cockroaches in our room I took them to reception, only to be told we will look in to it. Sheets changed every 3 days , did not happen, faeces just outside left there all weekend right next to carpehotek breakfast ingredients the worse I’ve ever tasted from a hotel so cheap

Great hotel

Great location. Very clean. Very helpful and friendly staff. Comfortable bed. Room spacious with tea/coffee facilities, iron and ironing board, safe and hairdryer. Relaxing lounge area. Food excellant. Would highly recommend. If your a light sleeper and your room is at the front of the hotel i would take a eye mask and ear plugs.We willl return
