Great stay, but no elevator
I didn’t realize it did not have an elevator. Glad it only had two (2) floors. The room was clean and they cleaned every day which was great. Loved having the large body wash, shampoo, and conditioner in the bathroom.

Check in was super uncomfortable, whatever title Amber has she was treating the other ladies inappropriately. I was trying to check in and the lady couldn’t even focus on checking me in correctly because of Amber having to ask her stuff multiple times with an attitude. Stuff that shouldn’t be addressed in front of guests was being addressed. There is no elevator, and the bed in my room made so much noise anytime I sat on it or moved while I slept. The bathroom door had holes it in that almost put white tape over and attempted to use a marker to color it to match the door. I heard guest complain about no hot water in their room.

Staff was awesome and friendly. Pool was cold but clean. The carpet was very old and seemed to have an odor. No elevator to the 2nd floor so we had to carry all the luggage up. Overall it was an ok stay
