Maint. Needed.

The property needs better maintenance of the rooms. The room to our room had a large gap between the door and the floor which made it easily accessible for rodents, insects, etc. The property needs to be updated, replace worn towels, lighting needs to be addressed--one fixture had mix of florescent and LED bulbs; the bathroom heat lamp had a LED bulb it--obviously not heat being generated. Very disappointed.

Small roaches on wall, generally unclean except for clean sheets. Property poorly kept (torn shower curtain, rusted curtain rods, dirty/scrapped walls, worn mattresses) and false advertising regarding condition of property. Good AC.

Very pleasant customer service. Room and breakfast were clean and well done. Lots of random furniture fixtures and odds and ends laying the halls etc. and the chandelier had half its light bulbs out. Just speaks to a lack of concern for detail. Other wise it was a decent stay

The place was ok for the price. Our room was on the inside of the main building with the window looking at a wall. The lighting in the room was very limited. The pillows were lumpy. Please inform your guests when you assign a room about the fact you cant see the outside. Very claustrophobic!.

Very old property with slightly under maintained bathrooms and bedrooms. My room’s bathroom sink was clogged and I asked the management to get it fixed for which they agreed to send someone but nobody came to fix it. This was the only complaint I had about the hotel.

We've stayed at this property multiple times, and may try once more, but things have gone downhill a bit since the last time we were there (about a year ago). The building, and rooms specifically, continue to age without significant updating (aside from the amenities). More they've noticeably cut back on the breakfast--from having fresh scrambled eggs and seasoned breakfast potatoes last year to frozen egg patties and tater tots this year. Big disappointment. Other amenities are still nice, especially for families (pool, hot tub, mini golf, etc.). Hope they start paying attention to the details again.
