Motel 6 has a new policy of 100.00 deposits . I had the cash on tap and pay but they did not take tap and pay. I was trying to check in at 10 45 pm and the front desk said i only had 15 min to figure it out. Uber couldnt get there fast enough for me to pull out cash at a store so i lost my non refundable room and had to check in elsewhere in town. I couldnt even get the clerk to agree to a courtesy re scheduling or anything .

Front office staff was extremely friendly. Room was dirty. The word Kill was written on the wall with pen. The floor was scratched from pets. Bathroom countertop looked as if it were about to fall off the wall. At the end of the day, it’s a Motel 6. It’s not a place to stay for more than one night. Perfect for one night of sleep after a road trip.

They screwed up on my room type, they screwed up on my bed size and made me take a smaller one, they didnt provide me the microwave i paid for and made me use the public one on the otherside of the motel, the phone did not work, they TV was disfunctional, the beds were dishevled, and the floor hadnt been mopped in months.. never again motel 6

With 1 million hotels in the area I would prefer to pay a little bit more money and have a nicer place to stay. There was no filtered water no hot water stains on the comforter and just a very rundown property. The people that work there tried their best, but it’s just to run down. There was no coffee as stated in the advertisement definitely no breakfast Very inexpensive but for 12 more dollars you can get a much better value elsewhere.

The mattress next to the window (two beds) was the lumpiest I’ve ever experienced. It needs to be replaced. The refrig didn’t work. Usual Motel 6 stay; but grounds were nicely groomed for doggie this time! Front staff woman was extremely nice :)

Heater did not work. More cat hair than I would like. They didn’t bother to shave the room. Usually cat hair is concentrated but it was literally all over. Also, the shower looks like a capsule hotel. 😇
