Unpleasant stay.

We checked in Friday afternoon and the room was warm so we asked the hotel to get the AC unit working. They came in and supposedly got it working and we left for many hours. When we came back, the heat was on and had been on for many hours. The room was so HOT and the air wouldn't work, so we had to open the window and try to sleep, but it was very noisy with people walking by and talking and with cars and trucks driving by and making noise. Not a pleasant first night. The next day we asked them again if they would fix the AC. This time they did fix it correctly and we left for many hours. When we came back that evening the room felt like a refrigerator and was very, very cold. We turned off the AC altogether and each got under the covers to get warm. We were on the ground floor, in a handicapped room where most people going to their rooms had to walk by. It was very noise from outside and from people above us. The room was about $100/night with taxes, etc. We felt like we should've only been charged for one night, since the first night was so miserable hot. We will choose not to stay at this motel again. Very old!

A nice time in St George

Easy booking on line, and check in great. No elevator so if your a senior you need to use the stairs. Allows pets which kept us up most of the night.Restrusants close and activities. No breakfast just morning coffee or pacaged hot cholocate

Fine, but outdated and not clean.

This stay worked for what we needed, which was a place to crash after doing activities all day, but the hotel needs a serious facelift. The shower was gross, there was a giant wad of gum stuck to the bed headboard, the air conditioning didn’t work at all, there were young kids (probably high school) who had rented a room one night and were up yelling and running up and down the hallways until 5am, the bed sheets were dirty and there was random hairs all over the place. The staff was very nice and helpful when we needed anything, and it is pet friendly with a large dog area which was appreciated. Small things can be done to make stays here much more comfortable, but we will likely stay somewhere else that is pet friendly next time we visit for a weekend.

Had a bed, so that’s cool. But the room wasn’t. Literally. The air didn’t work at all & the window was locked so you couldn’t open it. Didn’t feel clean - sink dirty, floorboards dusty, etc. Was just for a quick in & out trip, so was good for that.

Mold in the shower and the toilet. Desks were chewed on by animals and the bedding was stained. You could see daylight through the door seams and the adjoining rooms had huge gaps under the door. So no privacy you could hear the television in the other room on the lowest setting and people having conversations like you were standing right in front of them. The beds were so worn felt like sleeping in a bing bag. No support at all. I have pictures of everything. It was so expensive for what the room was. Plus additional $100 deposit when you checked in.

Yes, we were looking for a budget stay as it was just a quick stop over. First off I think I woke the young man up when I walked in the office at 8:30. He yawned the entire time he was getting our key. We went to the first room assigned and it was so hot! Tried turning on the ac and nothing came on. The room was also dirty with stains on the bedding. We were tired but went to the office without putting anything down in the room. The guy wanted us to go back to the room and wait for their maintenance man! After convincing him we didn’t touch anything but the thermostat he agreed to send us to a different room. Again no AC and in totally disrepair. The maintenance man was outside the other room so he came in and no luck! Enough was enough! It took Expedia 2 hours to get us a half refund and find us another hotel. We were luck we got a very helpful Expedia agent which is not always the case. But alas a clean hotel with AC! Not Motel 6.

Save your money, DO NOT STAY HERE

Hotel was dated and terrible, dirty. Beds were horrible and you could feel the springs while sleeping. Bathroom was disgusting, counter broken and falling off, sink cracked, floors dirty, bloob on wall and looked like door was kicked in. Very noicy. Save your money this place was disgusting.
