It is a great hotel in a great area! Close to everything. Dining, shopping, parks and hiking. The indoor pool is great, clean and not cold. The price was good. Staff was great. I go to a lot of hotels and this one rates pretty high on the list.

This is our go-to hotel for visiting Zion. While it isn't super close- about a 45 minute drive to the South Entrance- you are far enough from most other tourists, and that makes a world of difference. You are within walking distance of both great food and fun shopping, which makes for a fun distraction from the area's more famous attractions. I can't say enough good about this hotel; staff are always friendly, the rooms are cozy and spotless, the pool room is a fun, and the breakfast is fantastic. While not the most luxurious place to stay, the price is very fair, especially if you book in advance. The only hiccup I've ever encountered is that other guests have been loud in the hallway- not anything the property itself has any control over, so I give them the benefit of the doubt there.

The traffic around the area was horrible and made it very difficult to get to the property and leave. When I first arrived there was a sign at the front desk saying they would be right back. I waited 20 minutes in line behind another couple to check in and nobody showed up. I left and returned later. And still had to wait longer than usual to check in.

The front desk manager was AMAZING! We were able to check in a little early and they were so incredibly accomodating. I was thrilled with their kindness and customer service. The breakfast was also delicious both days!

Water machine was out and we were there for a sports tournament. That was unfortunate and the front desk offered water bottles instead. I’ve stayed here many times but it’s time the hotel gets an update. Beds are stuff, baseboards are missing, looks older but the price is not matching the ambiance of an older hotel.

Nice surprise.
Excellent! Well kept, clean and comfy bed. Breakfast was very tasty too. Real fried eggs, sausage and tater tots. Plus the usual side dishes, fruit yogurt etc. Recommended. I stayed at a Best Western the night before and it was a dismal failure on all counts. Well done Comfort Inn.
