I had a safe stay and the room was cleaned every day. Housekeeping left new set of towels and emptied the trash bins. Front desk staffs were always helpful. Only negative thing I mention would be that the room was painted very dark. Other than that, it was fairly pleasant staying.

Location was great. The hotel was very outdated, not kept up. Chain lock on the door was broken. Lights were burnt out and missed colored over the vanity and missing bulb. Didn’t work or light was burnt out. Key access for the hot tub door did not work. It was broken. Hot tub was cold. I mean not even warm. would not recommend this hotel.

This place was fine for a night. The office staff wasn't very helpful. The bathtub did not drain well. The bathroom fan didn't work. The beds were comfortable, though. It was fine but not great.

Roaches from the desert

We got almost 2 am due to traveling, we got our room and we sat to eat at our bed, when all of sudden I start seeing 1 roach by the cable box, then other followed, I was so disgusted, we try to kill them but no luck, I wanted to call the office but there was a sign of “no vacancy” at the office,I was so tired (12 hr driving) so I passed and fall in to sleep, the next day I went to the office so I can tell them what happened, the office guy at that moment told me:” those are roaches from the desert and we try to keep them out of the room, but it’s normal you know? And I told him, it’s a hotel and it shouldn’t have roaches, I want my money back, he keeps telling me that it was normal seeing this roaches on hotels , and I was like: so if there was scorpions or snakes on the area, it’s normal for a customer to find them at the room? So like stop complaining? Ohhh!! Nooo!! I left my phone number and left, what he keep saying was none sense at all… 45 min later the supervisor called me and offered a $30 dlls refund, that’s it, I was like” this is a joke”….so the hotel refund $30dlls so the app Hotels.com can refund this money back to me…

It had everything we needed, and the staff was very helpful. It's an older building with the carpet and other things showing wear. But the price was reasonable to make up for that.

The shower did make a humming noise after the water was on and the fridge wasn’t very cold. It would be nice if they had a table in there.

This is an average property, with a reasonable rate for the area. The room had a musty odor, needed an upgrade. There was no breakfast although there are numerous restaurants in the immediate area. Probably would not stay here in the future

Look elsewhere!!!

This was the first of many future stays in St. George and let me just say, I’m HUGE on first impressions. This motel/hotel, although it may be cheap, go elsewhere and fast. If the uncomfortable beds and paper thin walls weren’t enough, the filthy, dirty toilet, smudged microwave and fridge and taped shower curtain rod added to the misery of this stay. The rating shouldn’t be above 5 (definitely not 7!). I’m not adding all of the many flaws seen in pictures taken by my wife, but here are some. We typically like to relax and hang out after working during the day, but we found ourselves only coming back to sleep and that was interrupted by children running past our door and people talking/slamming doors all night long. If you have to stay, bring your own pillows (which we didn’t) and earplugs (which we did). Good luck.

The customer service team was so good and so kind to us. We are looking for a home to rent in St.George so we have had to stay there mostly a month and it’s been nothing but good for us there! Definitely sending my family there to stay when they come visit us in the future!
