I love this location because I have seen i in Its glory days. Staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel really respects the privacy of the residents. I appreciate that. The cleanliness of the property has drastically changed. The rooms are not clean. The bed making is questionsble. Sometimes i look st thr bed and i can see the blankets all bunched up under the sheets. There have been times when I have thought the pillos cases and sheets have not been charged. This level of disregard can come from two places first place: They simply dont car hence I have walked by rooms the door is open snd certain types if individuals think it is ok to talk on your phone or watch tv. That reflects very poorly on the individuals hiriring them then not managing them or just arent around at all.I will say these extremely sincerely when i say I find the level of professionalism,pride,and care. Chris is a very important asset. He takes initiative tochelp get things done. The office area,front desk,and dining area spotless. He is very enjoyable to be around. He looks ouke he lives his and that is super important. If someone was trying to book a stay hes informational, patient and really listen to the the guests have to say. Me as a habitual return guest. This trip it was so cold. One night i was checking some stuff out in my car because the battery was completely drained. So I was checking lights in my trunk.one of my lights needed a repair he stepped in to help with a smile. He has a kind heart.
