Rude staff kicked us out of the pool to close it an hour earlier than posted time both front desk and rules on the wall had posted.

Never did find the fenced dog space they advertised. The bathroom was freezing no matter how high you turned the heat for the room. Several nights our key card would not open the door from the parking ramp. Had to drive back to the front for help. Phone in room did not work even to call the front desk. Not worth the price

It was the most expensive hotel in St. Cloud, so I was expecting it to be the nicest… it was not. The rooms smelled like they used to be smoking rooms… aka stale smoke. You can’t get that out of carpets…

Bathtub should be replaced as it had a small hole in it and some rust around the drain. A couple of places inbetween the beds that the carpet was snagged. The bottom of the bathroom door needs repair or new door as it had significant damage. Some touchup on some of the furniture . There was some staining that needed done and polyurethane repair needed. There were painting needed to be done (touchups)in hallway.Small maintenance issues but should be ongoing care taken.The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Quiet and clean. A would stay here again. VERY convenient access to parking and convention center.

Weird room with 1 chair only. Dirty sheets. The room was really long and the TV was super small sitting far away from the bed. The room was so weird it had 2 separate air conditioners. I think it was a remodel. The 1 chair was soooooo uncomfortable. The bed sheets had tried stains on it.
