Everything was fine. The place was a little run down and didn’t feel as clean as expected but nothing specific. We traveled with two dogs and the room we were assigned had obviously had dogs in it before and had not been aired out. Having said all that, it was fine for one night on the road

I made this reservation for my son as he was doing a clinical at a hospital. He said there was hair on one of the beds which grossed him out she slept on a different one. That is unacceptable.

Breakfast and coffee was cold rooms had no USB plug-ins no ice buckets overall very disappointed spoke to management about the breakfast. He re-microwaved it and then walked away overall very disappointed.

When I checked in I was sent to a room that was not cleaned. The bed had dirty linens and there were dirty towels on the floor. I went back to the front desk and he sent me to another room. When I opened the door to that room there were people in it. I was like " what the hell". The 3rd room was clean and empty. But seriously, I had joined st come off a 5 hour drive, I was tired and checking in was a huge a hassle.

0 stars! We booked a room and when we arrived the hotels pool and hot tub wasn’t working and was offered a full refund by the clerk but he LIED and never gave us a refund. I contacted Hotels.Com but they (AmericInn) refused to comply give us a refund. This place is trash, do not book with them as they have no principles in what they tell customers. All lies because they’re so money hungry!

We were told they couldn't give us the room we booked on the day we were due to check in. The hotel was in the middle of renovations so no pool. On the second night they gave new guests keys to our room so someone walked in on us at midnight. The breakfast is put out frozen. The key cards deactivate constantly we needed to get new keys over 7 times in our three night stay. Housekeeping never came and took out trash or refreshed towels. The hot tub was very basic not worth the extra money paid for the room. The carpeting was ripped, the shower barely drained. Of the front desk people only the gentleman was even remotely concerned with improving our experience everyone else made excuses and acted like we were too fussy or stupid

The hotel is being renovated. Their website should reflect that as the pool and hot tub were closed. When we arrived the front desk clerk was on a 30 minute break so we had to wait to check in. Our room was in the process of being renovated so it had a strong glue smell. Had to sleep with the window open.

The hotel was under renovations when we got there which we did not know. The pool and hot tub were closed. Crews were replacing carpets in the hallway which was noisy all day long. The room keys kept not working and the staff was rude when we had to ask for new keys. The entire experience was not great. We were only in the area because my father in law was in the hospital for a triple bypass surgery so having our hotel experience be bad on top of that stress was not great.

Not a bad place to stay for the money.

Good $120 a night stay. Safe, fairly quiet, a little worn. Beds a 7/10. Good sheets and pillows. Grest water flow in the shower. Air conditioner/heater fairly quiet. Easy parking. Easy to get from parking to my room.

Only positive is comfy bed

Hotel is bordered by I-94 on one side, and 24-hour truck parking on the other side, but hotel lobby doors are locked at 10pm, so that made us feel a little safer. Hotel lobby, stairs, and hallways were dirty. Room was clean, and beds were comfortable. Bathroom was tiny. Pool was OK, but hot tub was out of order, and we heard it has been that way for a long time. I would give this hotel a 2 1/2 stars at best.

For the price it was fine. Rooms were clean, workmanship of updates in the bathroom were not good. Beds were comfortable and different types of pillows to choose from were nice. The food area was suspect. When I looked at things the night before I noticed the fork for turning the waffles was dirty and was still there in the morning. Made me wonder about a lot of things.
