This is an older building that is being upgraded. The room was clean, had all the amenities you would find in a more updated hotel. I would recommend updating to heavier comforter, higher quality towels. Lamp chargers did not work.

The property itself is kind of old school but things were clean. Breakfast was very good with a nice variety of hot and cold items. The bed was super comfortable for us. We would stay there again. Only negative was water in the shower was kind of lukewarm our first morning, but hot the second.

I had an outside room and it faced interstate 95. I could hear a lot of traffic all night. Staff were friendly. Good smoking areas and clean. Breakfast was good. Bacon sausage waffles yoguart. Nice hot tub!!

It's okay

This motel is right off the interstate, which is helpful when driving through. Unfortunately in the morning, you will have to walk outside to get to the coffee. The rooms are kind of outdated and the beds were not comfortable, in my opinion. Lastly, the tub is not a walk-in, but there is a grab bar because it is quite slippery.

Throughout our four-night stay at Smart Stay, we experienced a high level of satisfaction. The room was comfortable, clean, and the front desk personnel provided us with clean towels and coffee pods in a timely manner despite a missing housekeeping day. The complimentary breakfasts were a highlight. We will certainly consider staying there again. My suggestion is if freeway noise is bothersome to you, request a room in the north side of the building. Our room faced the 95 freeway and we could hear the traffic, but we were fine with it.

Simple, clean, comfortable, gen’ly felt safe as 2 women traveling w/small child. Comfy beds. Simple breakfast. Only downer was guests (likely long-term area road work employees) partying (fairly quietly) in the lot - uncomfortable unloading to room back & forth arriving late-ish at night.

Okay for the price.

Comfortable bed. Nice size room. Nice size refrigerator and a microwave in the room. Plenty of places to eat near by. All the rooms open directly outside (motel style). Breakfast was the usual make your own waffles, eggs and a breakfast meat.

So-so.

Though I have definitely stayed in worse places, I doubt we’d stay here again. Since the rooms are outdoor accessible, the noise from the interstate was easily heard, and there was a lot of ambient light from the outside. The breakfast selection was standard motel fare, but nothing amazing, and for only having one juice selection, it wasn’t refilled as frequently as it should have been.
