1 night stay on our way to Florida. Clean room, really comfortable bed, breakfast included waffles, sausages, scrambled eggs, yogurt. Small fenced dog park on-site. Would stay here again.

This motel was in decent shape for it's age. The style is old school Florida and the staff take good care of it, but it definitely is a budget place. With the A/C on I couldn't hear the highway noise, and the location is super convenient.

Smart stay inn

Property was nice and price was right. Management was responsive. Had to swap rooms because ants had their marching orders in the one we started out with. Didn't see ants in the second room until a few hours after we had some snacks out. I can't gripe much, when it gets summer time I will be fighting ants here at the house as well. I would stay again but keep an eye on anything laying around ants might like to eat. I think they need a subterranean treatment there to beat those suckers back but the property was just fine.

Computer Glitch @check-in

Was unable to check-in for over 40min due to computer failure & keycard machine malfunction. A good hotel, easy to find, right off hwy exit, CLEAN & excellent rates. Do not stay if you are a light sleeper as interstate traffic noise is loud throughout the night. Otherwise, a great stay w/a well maintained pool, patio, playground, dogrun & grounds.

The staff was very helpful and couteous. The clerk that checked us in was very knowledgeable and informative. He was positive as if he loved his empliyer. I met another Clerk during breakfast. I liked his serious but gentle way in responding to my question. I did enjoy staying here. My bed was very comfortable. I needed 3 pillows and there were 5. Plenty of covers. We were on vacation. Best stay in a motel in a while. We Will be back as we love St. Augustine Fl.

Clean & tidy room w/excellent staffing @front desk, tho Housekeepers appear disgruntled. Pool area nice (w/hot tub) Close to interstate w/convenience stores & mexican restaurant on site. Overall good value.
