Clean safe area room it look updated some but still has a lot of outdated old features. Chipped sinks, tubs, no pls r to hang clothes except a small rod but there’s no hangers. Bring your own soap etc. It served its purpose for a short stay based on needs and the room rate.

The location was excellent and very close to the beach. The property was quiet with restaurants, etc. within walking distance. However, our bathroom had a very strong musty, moldy smell. We didn't want to switch hotels because we loved the location and the price was so reasonable. My husband travels with a lot of medical equipment and switching rooms after we got settled in would have been an big inconvenience as well. Hindsight I should have complained to management but I was concerned other rooms wouldn't have been much better and I just didn't want to deal with hassles. . We just made sure we were only in the room to sleep so we could make the best of it. I wouldn't stay here again.

The property wasn't anything fancy but it was clean and close to the beach. People smoking outside of their rooms resulted in smoke smell but there isn’t much you can do about that. Staff were nice.

So so

Older motel remodeled. Clean but no hooks in bathroom/shower area to put clothing/robe, bar for hanging clothes but no hangers, iron without ironing board, no light in toilet/shower area, no exhaust fan, ice machine not working, coffee in room bad and in lobby they make one por of coffee and when its gone, too bad.

The room smells like so bad. Garlicky and moldy. They change the top sheet but I could see pubes, long hairs, and crumbs on top of the mattress protector under the sheet. Pillows smelled the cases hadn’t even been changed. Being close to the beach is the only pro here.

Great location, hotel under construction, it appeared some people were staying long term as there were a couple “front porches” set up. Regularly smelled marijuana.

Very clean and great location!

Overall a decent hotel to stay at. The room was very clean. The ladies at the front desk were very nice! My only complaint is the bed was hard as a rock and my husband and I didn't sleep too well. I absolutely love the fact the hotel is directly across the street from the beach and the pier.

I like almost everything about Regency Inn & Suites. The only thing that I didn't like about was I didn't get our king size bed. I was celebrating my 16 years of Anniversary and I had two full sizes bed instead of a king size bed. That was kind of sad but we still good and celebrated.

Our room smelled funny, and the outer was a little run-down, but it was suitable for a cheaper hotel. The inside of the hotel is nice, though with rooms updated to look clean and modern.
