The floor was wet with moisture and water due to air conditioning may be. Did complain, but they just moped the room. They should have checked these issues and would have given a better room. I request to please talk to management and refund the amount as the service was not at all good

Esta muy descuidado el hotel aunque lo han remodelado. Las camas son incomodas y la sabana no son buenas. El piso estaba muy sucio incluso las media se ensuciaron tanto que lo tuvimos que botar.

Our stay here was horrible. My mother who is handicapped had to sleep in the car due to how uncomfortable the beds were. The general manager was told and did nothing about it but instead was so condescending.

Although the property staff was amazing - this place was not clean and the floors were sticky. The people surrounding me were very loud. It was quite expensive too. All the best
