the location is amazing, the view from the balcony its straight to the harbor so stunning view and this staff: gabriel and karen ( front desk), Henry ( maintenance), marine( housekeeping night shift) are incredible workers so nice all of them.
but unfortunately, the room wasn't clean at all. 1.) Both bed clothes were dirty, stained, and had hair.
2.) In the bathroom at the little window, we found a pair of earrings and rings right over a small counter.
3.) In the refrigerator, a water bottle with a blue/green liquid. all these things make us believe that the person who "cleaned the room" didn't change the beds and doesn't pay attention to the key points and even worse doesn't clean the room properly. It's a shame because the rooms are not that bigger.
4.) The AC doesn'twork properly, and it's extremely louder.
5.) The room smells bad like humidity(very bad odor).
the location is amazing, but all those situations disappoint my whole family. the owner, the manager, or the person on charge definitely need to pay more attention to the details, and please make this question to yourself:
1.) REGARDLESS OF ALL THE DISGUSTING THINGS A GUEST FOUND IN THE PROPERTY... WOULD I STAY WITH MY FAMILY IN ONE OF THESE ROOMS?.....THEY HAVE TO TREAT AND MAINTAIN THE ROOMS AS IF YOU WERE GOING TO STAY IN ONE OF THEM.
2.) Are these rooms really worth the almost $300 that a person have to paid per night?.
