the location is amazing, the view from the balcony its straight to the harbor so stunning view and this staff: gabriel and karen ( front desk), Henry ( maintenance), marine( housekeeping night shift) are incredible workers so nice all of them. but unfortunately, the room wasn't clean at all. 1.) Both bed clothes were dirty, stained, and had hair. 2.) In the bathroom at the little window, we found a pair of earrings and rings right over a small counter. 3.) In the refrigerator, a water bottle with a blue/green liquid. all these things make us believe that the person who "cleaned the room" didn't change the beds and doesn't pay attention to the key points and even worse doesn't clean the room properly. It's a shame because the rooms are not that bigger. 4.) The AC doesn'twork properly, and it's extremely louder. 5.) The room smells bad like humidity(very bad odor). the location is amazing, but all those situations disappoint my whole family. the owner, the manager, or the person on charge definitely need to pay more attention to the details, and please make this question to yourself: 1.) REGARDLESS OF ALL THE DISGUSTING THINGS A GUEST FOUND IN THE PROPERTY... WOULD I STAY WITH MY FAMILY IN ONE OF THESE ROOMS?.....THEY HAVE TO TREAT AND MAINTAIN THE ROOMS AS IF YOU WERE GOING TO STAY IN ONE OF THEM. 2.) Are these rooms really worth the almost $300 that a person have to paid per night?.

Loved staying there! Was a very convenient and clean spot to walk to/from while visiting the downtown area. Staff was wonderful and check-in/out was a breeze. Only negative thing I have to offer is that the edge of the bathroom counter was too close to the toilet so it was almost overlapping and was awkward trying to use the restroom (I’m only 5’4” and I couldn’t sit upright because my shoulders were overlapping the countertop!) otherwise…..absolutely great experience!

Our experiences was less than ok.our room was situated on an interior corner of the building. Our view was the parking lot when we were under the impression that we would be facing the water. About every 7 min an exhaust fan just outside our room would turn on keeping my wife and i awake most of the night.when we arrived and got to the room i immediately went to the front desk and inquired about the room and why it wasn't the room shown on the app. They had no answer for me and just sort of blew me off. The property also stated they had a pool which was our main reason for booking there and they didn't have a pool. Never again! It pretty much sucked!

Perfect location to move around the city and see the sites. Lots of dining choices and walking distance. Along with bars and entertainment. Would definitely stay at this property again. Small issue with parking but unfortunately the entire town has the same issue.

The stay was a quiet and convenient spot for all walking activities around the heart of St. Augustine. The room was cute when arriving. It did have a musty smell at first when entering the room. The bed was comfortable to sleep in. The coffee pot did not work the greatest that was in the room. After trial and error I was able to make a cup of coffee. The rainfall showerhead was nice , but you couldn't stay in long because the shower floor filled up with water pretty quickly.

Room was very nice and clean. Friendly staff. 1 warning-my Grandaugher and I were meeting there for her birthday. When arrived was told only 1 vehicle per room in parking lot. Would have been nice knowing this before booking this motel!!!
