I Found A New Love

I was only there for one day for a funeral. However, all that we came in contact with was excellent. The bed was the best bed I’ve slept in and is of 5 star quality. I was able to fall asleep immediately and didn’t want to get out of it the next day. The continental breakfast was awesome. Next time I’m in the area, I will definitely book again for a longer stay. Thank You!

Bad smell inside my room (320), teh air condition vents wuld look like corroded and full of mold or something alike. Despite I paid for accomodation of 4 in the same room with 2 queen beds, the amount of shampoo, conditioner and soap they provided it would be for just one person. The reason I choose La Quinta to stay it was because previous good experiences in other facilities. This one needs to improve a lot. Breakfast and customer service from the hotel staff was nice.

Hotel smells moldy when you walk in. Went to first room with desk clerk. She opened door. Thought room smelled moldy the further in room the worse the smell. I went down said I needed a different room because of mold. She wanted to know if I used anything I said no she said she needed to be able to give room to someone else. Gave me another room. Strong smell of urine and mold. Public bathroom downstairs was missing part of ceiling and had holes in duct work. Clearly had major water damage and not addressed properly. She said I’d have to contact Expedia for refund.
